Ingredients:
6 Pork Chops, boneless
2 Eggs, large
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup Milk, whole
½ cup White Wine
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 to 4 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Step1. Preheat the oven to 350*
Step2. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with a non stick spray
Step3. Dry the pork chops with paper towels
Step4. Season each chop with seasoning salt and garlic powder
Step5. In a bowl, beat the eggs
Step6. Place flour on a shallow dish
Step7. Place the Italian Bread Crumbs on a shallow dish
Step8. Coat each Pork Chop with the flour lightly
Step9. Dip the porkchop into the beaten egg and then into the seasoned bread crumbs
Step10. Repeat with all the pork chops
Step11. Lightly fry the pork chops in a heated skillet with Olive Oil
Step12. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes per side
Step13. Place the pork chops in the prepared baking pan
