INGREDIENTS:
4 medium corn or Flour Tortillas
½ pound Ground Beef, preferably 90/10
1 cup Tomatoes, Diced
½ cup Salsa
1 ½ tsp Taco Seasoning
¾ cup Mexican Cheese, shredded
HOW TO MAKE MEXICAN TACO LASAGNA:
Step 1. Grease a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 2. Add beef to a skillet over medium heat, crumble it, and cook the beef until the color turns brown.
Step 3. Drain excess grease, add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning to the skillet, and mix well.
Step 4. Layer half the tortillas in the greased baking pan, ensure some of them overlap, then add a layer of beef mixture.
Step 5. Top with the remaining tortillas, and spread salsa and shredded cheese on top.
Step 6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
Step 7. Remove from oven and serve hot, garnished with your preferred toppings.
