Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
⅔ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
⅓ tsp. salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 ⅓ tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Generously grease a loaf pan with a cooking spray.
- Mix well with flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, eggs, and sugar in another bowl and beat until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overdo.
- Add sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
