INGREDIENTS:
2 cups zucchini, shredded and squeezed
1 whole egg
¾ tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
HOW TO MAKE CHEESY ZUCCHINI BREADSTICKS:
Step 1. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Step 2. Add zucchini, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, Garlic Powder, and half of the Mozzarella in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 3. Spread this mixture on the lined baking tray and spread evenly using a spatula.
Step 4. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven at 400°F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5. Then remove it from the oven, spread the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the baked zucchini, and return it to the oven; bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the color turns golden brown.
Step 6. Once out of the oven, slice the breadsticks into your preferred size and serve with your favorite meal.
