3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 ½ cup whole milk
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ½ Velveeta cheese, diced
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE CHEESE, POTATO, AND SMOKED SAUSAGE CASSEROLE:
Step 1. Grease a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 2. Boil Yukon gold potatoes until they are soft, then transfer them to the greased baking pan and add smoked sausage.
Step 3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add flour and whisk smooth and consistent.
