Ingredients Needed:
4 Ripe avocados
2 cups tuna fish, canned and drained
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, Minced
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Freshly chopped parsley, as required
HOW TO MAKE THIS TUNA SALAD STUFFED AVOCADOS ;
Step 1. Halve each avocado and remove the pit.
Step 2. Create a bit of a hollow center using a spoon so there is enough space for the salad.
