2 cups canned Tuna, drained
4 large Tomatoes
½ cup cucumbers, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup cream cheese
½ tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp black pepper

HOW TO MAKE THIS TUNA MELT STUFFED TOMATOES ;
Step 1. Wash the tomatoes under fresh water and pat them dry using a paper towel.
Step 2. Cut off the tops and gently scoop out the insides using a spoon.
Step 3. Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat using a whisk until fluffy.
