Ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp. baking powder.
2 cups canned peaches in syrup, not drained
¼ cup butter
6 tbsp. white sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add flour, half of the white sugar, cinnamon, and half of the butter in a bowl, and mix until crumbly.
- Spread about one-third of the flour mixture into an 8″ square baking dish.
- Arrange the canned peaches over the flour mixture in the baking dish, ensuring the syrup is included.
- Evenly layer the remaining flour mixture over the peaches.
- Melt the remaining butter and generously drizzle it over the top of the peach cobbler.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and the filling starts to bubble.
- Once done, remove the baking dish from the oven and allow the cobbler to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
