Ingredients:
4 10” flour tortillas
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup salsa (your preferred variety)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. canned black olives, chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl, and mix until well blended.
- Stir in black olives, cheddar cheese, and thinly sliced green onion.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean working surface.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering as much area as possible.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a tray.
- Wrap the tray tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
