Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
½ cup frozen peas and carrots
2 cups frozen hash browns
¾ cup frozen sweet corn
½ cup canned condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp milk
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare a 9×9 baking dish by greasing it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add peas and carrots, cooked chicken, black pepper, sweet corn, salt, sour cream, milk, condensed cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture over the hash browns, spreading it out evenly. Add an even layer of breadcrumbs on top.
