2 pounds red baby potatoes, halved
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup Parmesan, freshly grated
1 ½ tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
¾ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp red chili flakes
¼ tsp black pepper
