Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 egg
½ cup + 1 tbsp. white granulated sugar
¾ tsp. vanilla extract, divided
½ cup sour cream
Instructions:

- Add Egg, Cream Cheese, and combine softened ½ tsp in a medium bowl. Vanilla Extract and ½ cup Sugar. Beat until consistent and smooth.
 - Fill the prepared Graham Cracker crust with the mixture, place in the preheated oven at 350°F, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
 - Meanwhile, in a bowl, add 1 tbsp granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
 - Once ready, take the pie out of the oven and increase the temperature to 450°F.
 - Drizzle the topping mixture over the pie and return it to the oven for 5 minutes.
 - Take the pie out of the oven, allow it to cool down completely, then slice and serve.
