Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
- Prepare a baking tray by lightly coating it with nonstick spray.
 - Mix thoroughly in a bowl, mixing baking powder, flour, and baking soda.
 - Add cold butter to the dry mixture and blend using a pastry cutter until it forms coarse crumbs.
 - Gradually add buttermilk to the mixture while gently stirring with a wooden spoon until just mixed; do not overdo it.
 - Sprinkle some flour onto a clean working surface, then transfer the dough onto it.
 - Roll out the dough using a rolling pin until ½” thick.
 - Shape the biscuits using a doughnut cutter and arrange them on the greased baking tray.
 - Place in the preheated oven at 425°F and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the color turns golden brown.
 - Brush melted butter over the biscuits and let them cool once they’re out of the oven.
 - Either serve immediately or store in an air tight container for future use.
