Ingredients:
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup water
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp. white sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract

FOR THE CREAM FILLING:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp. whole milk
Instructions:
- Combine water, butter, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until it forms a smooth ball that cleanly pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool for some time.
- Gradually add eggs, one at a time, beating continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
- Using a spoon, dollop the batter onto parchment-lined baking sheets in equal portions.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven at 400°F and bake for 15 minutes.
- Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove the shells from the oven and gently create a small slit on the side of each to allow steam to escape. Allow the shells to cool completely.

- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix until thick.
- Slice each shell horizontally and spoon it with the vanilla cream mixture.
- Finally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
