INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp olive Oil
1 ½ pounds lean Ground Beef
2 whole eggs
1 medium Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
¾ cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4 Slices Provolone
HOW TO MAKE DUMP AND BAKE SALSA CHICKEN:
Step 1. Add oil in a skillet over medium heat; when oil is hot, add onions and pepper, and sauté until veggies are tender.
Step 2. Transfer the sautéed veggies to a large bowl, add ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic, and pepper, and knead the mixture using hands until well combined.
Step 3. Form half of the mixture into a loaf shape, put it in a loaf pan, and add Provolone slices on top.
Step 4. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven at 350°F and bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
Step 5. Remove from the oven and add Mozzarella on top; return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
Step 6. Once done, remove the meat loaf from the oven and allow it to cool slightly, then slice it and serve.
