Ingredients :
2 pound Shrimps, deveined, head, tail, and shell removed
½ cup Zucchini, diced
½ cup Squash, diced
½ cup Carrot, diced
½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
½ cup Green bell pepper, diced
¼ cup Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley, for garnishing
how to make Shrimp vegetable skillet :
Step 1. Marinate the shrimp with paprika, cajun seasoning, and 1 tbsp Olive oil.
Step2. Heat a large skillet at medium-high heat.
Step3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Step4. Heat the remaining olive oil on medium heat in the same skillet and add the onion and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Step5. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry them for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked.
Step6. Add shrimp back to the skillet and season with Italian herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step7. Serve hot with parsley garnishing.
