Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups ground beef
1 1/3 cups macaroni and cheese mix
2/3 cups canned tomatoes, diced & undrained
¾ cup peas, frozen
¾ cup milk, 2% or whole
2/3 cup corn, frozen
2/3 cup cheese, cheddar, shredded
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef. Break it apart and cook until it turns brown and fully cooked.
- Remove any excess fat from the skillet.
- Sprinkle the cheese powder from the Macaroni and Cheese box over the cooked ground beef, then add the macaroni. Stir well to blend the ingredients completely.
- Add frozen peas, diced tomatoes with their juice, corn, and milk to the skillet. Cover with a lid and bring it to a boil.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the noodles become soft and the liquid reduces.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to a serving dish and serve it hot.
