1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
1-pound Hash Browns, frozen
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red chili flakes
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE MAKE EGG AND CREAM CHEESE HASHBROWN:
