INGREDIENTS:
¾ pound Polish Sausage, sliced
3 Yukon Gold Potatoes, washed and cubed
1 cup canned Sauerkraut, undrained
¼ cup Chicken Broth
1 Bay Leaf
½ tsp Caraway Seeds
Black Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE POLISH SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT, AND POTATOES:
Step 1. Gently pour undrained sauerkraut into the crockpot and arrange chunked potatoes over the sauerkraut.
Step 2. Place sliced Polish sausage on top of the potatoes.
Step 3. Combine chicken broth with bay leaf and caraway seeds in a small bowl. Mix well and pour this mix into the crockpot.
Step 4. Season with pepper and salt.
