Ingredients:
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. freshly garlic, minced
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 burger buns

Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces using a spatula. Cook until it turns brown.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet, add peppers, onions, and garlic, and continue to cook until softened.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and scoop onto the bottom half of each burger bun.
- Top each portion with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top bun over the cheese-covered meat and serve immediately.
