INGREDIENTS:
½ pound lean Ground beef
½ pound dry Spaghetti
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup pasta Sauce
½ cup cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp Sour Cream
½ cup Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese, as required
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE:
Step 1. Grease a 9×9 baking dish with melted butter.
Step 2. Pour water into a pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions, then drain water, rinse, and set aside.
Step 3. Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, crumble, and cook until brown.
Step 4. Add spaghetti sauce, mix, and continue to cook until beef is cooked through. Remove from heat.
Step 5. In a small bowl, add softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream and blend until smooth.
