¼ cup all-purpose Flour
½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 small white Onion, diced
2 cups button Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Water
HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER STEAK PATTIES:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, add egg, ground beef, half of the diced onions, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt,
black pepper, and breadcrumbs; mix well using your hands.
Step 2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties, lightly coating them with
flour.
Step 3. Add olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add patties and cook them until
both sides turn brown.
Step 4.Once the patties are ready, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Step 5. Add remaining onions in the same skillet and sauté until soft.
Step 6. In a bowl, whisk together flour and water, then add to the skillet and keep stirring thoroughly.
Step 7. Stir in the brown gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and mushrooms.
Step 8. Return the patties to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and let them simmer for 20 minutes.
