Ingredients:
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 medium Zucchini, diced
1 small Cucumber, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 small red Onion, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup canned Black Olives, sliced
½ tsp Paprika
½ tbsp Sesame Seeds
¼ tsp Celery Seed
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
½ cup Italian Dressing
Instructions:
- Pour water into a pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil; add Spaghetti Noodles and Cook according to package directions or until Al Dante.
- Once done, drain, rinse, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add cucumber, bell peppers, black olives, halved tomatoes, onion, and zucchini in the pasta, and toss gently to combine.
- Add sesame seeds, Italian dressing, celery seed, paprika, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a separate bowl, whisk until well combined.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the spaghetti and vegetables mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Place in the refrigerator and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
