INGREDIENTS:
2 medium russet potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
Fresh Parsley for garnish
HOW TO MAKE BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES:
Step 1. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and set aside.
Step 2.Cut russet potatoes into evenly sized strips and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, grated parmesan, and pepper to the potato strip bowl and toss to ensure an even coating of the mixture.
Step 4. Spread the coated fries on the prepared tray in a single layer.
Step 5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven at 450°F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a golden-brown, crispy texture is achieved.
