4 Fuji apples, peeled & sliced
1 cup cranberries, dried
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 cup honey
For The Topping:
1 cup dry quick-cooking oats
4 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup whipped butter, melted
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
¼ cup walnuts and pecans, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven
- Prepare a 9×9″ baking dish by lightly coating it with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss cranberries, apples, cinnamon, cornstarch, and honey until evenly coated.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, add brown sugar, quick-cooking oats, melted butter, flour, chopped pecans and walnuts, and salt, mixing until thoroughly combined.
- Layer the oat mixture evenly over the apple filling in the baking dish.
