Ingredients:
1 ½ cup lean ground beef
1 ½ tbsp. taco seasoning
1 medium tomato, diced
¾ tbsp. olive oil
1 medium head iceberg lettuce, chopped
¾ cup Catalina dressing
1 ½ cup Doritos chips, nacho cheese flavor
Guacamole, salsa, sour cream for garnishing
Instructions:
- Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and let it heat.
- Once oil is hot, add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles.
- Sprinkle Taco seasoning and add two tablespoons of water; continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once done, drain the excess grease and set the beef aside.
