Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a classic dish that combines crispy bacon, creamy ranch, and refreshing veggies. Ingredients:
1 medium carrot, peeled & shredded
½ cup frozen peas, thawed
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups bowtie pasta
2 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
¾ cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Pour water into a pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions or until al Dante. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- Add peas, cooked pasta, tomato, carrot, and half of the crumbled bacon
- in a large bowl.
- Add half of the ranch seasoning and mayonnaise in a separate smaller bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the ranch-mayonnaise mixture to the bowl with the pasta and vegetables. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Top the salad with the remaining crumbled bacon.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
