Ingredients:
1 cup butter
⅓ cup green onion
1 cup flour
⅓ cup celery
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp. old bay seasoning
1 cup crab meat
1 cup shrimp, peeled & deveined
¼ tsp black pepper

- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook until it thickens slightly.
