1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 slices provolone cheese
4 large eggs
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CASSEROLE?
Step 1. Grease a 9×9 baking dish by brushing with olive oil.
Step 2. Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, crumble, and cook until light brown.
Step 3. Add peppers and onions and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Continue to cook until the beef is cooked through.
