INGREDIENTS:
½ pound ground beef
½ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
½ cup carrots, shredded
½ cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup corn, frozen
2 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp ketchup
½ cup tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE THIS HAMBURGER CASSEROLE:
Step 1. Place a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, crumble, and cook until brown. Drain extra grease.
Step 2.Add beef broth, carrots, corn, onions, celery, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, ketchup, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
Step 3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer for 1½ to 2 hours.
Step 4. Once ready, remove from skillet and serve the Hamburger Casserole hot.
