INGREDIENTS:
3 cups spaghetti (preferably angel hair)
¾ pound lean ground beef
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
⅓ cup onion, thinly sliced
⅓ cup carrot, shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
For the Sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
HOW TO MAKE THIS GROUND BEEF LO MEIN:
Step 1. Pour water into a pot over medium-high heat. Once the water starts to boil, add spaghetti and cook according to the package directions.
Step 2. Once done, drain water, rinse under fresh water, and set aside.
Step 3. Add ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble, and cook the meat until the color turns brown.
Step 4. Drain extra grease from the skillet.
Step 5. Add sugar, celery, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and salt to the browned beef and continue to sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6. Add soy sauce, rice cooking wine, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well.
