INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium-sized cabbage head, shredded
2 red bell peppers, deseeded and cut into Julien
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup cold water
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp black pepper
HOW TO MAKE BLACK PEPPER BEEF AND CABBAGE STIR FRY:
Step 1. Place a wok over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil and allow it to heat.
Step 2. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and sauté for 15 seconds or until aromatic.
Step 3. Add ground beef to the skillet, crumble, and cook until the beef is thoroughly browned.
Step 4. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Step 5. Introduce Red Bell Peppers and shredded Cabbage sliced into the skillet and continue to cook
until the vegetables reach a tender consistency.
