Ingredients:
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 loaf of bread dough, thawed
1 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place the bread dough on a clean working surface and roll it out using a rolling pin until it is approximately ¼” thick rectangle.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Starting from the side nearest to you, tightly roll up the dough.
- Place the rolled bread pizza on the prepared baking tray, seam side down.
- Gently coat the surface of the roll with a layer of melted butter.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the color of the bread turns golden brown.
- Once ready, remove from oven, allow it to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
