Ingredients:
1 cup lump crab meat
2 cups elbow macaroni
½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup raw shrimp, cut into 1” pieces
1 cup whole milk
1 ½ tbsp. all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. onion powder
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
- Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Pour water into a large pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once the water starts to boil, add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter. Add the Old Bay seasoning and shrimp. Cook the shrimp on each side for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Stir in the crab meat and remove the mixture from the heat.
- Melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter in another large skillet over medium heat. Gradually whisk in the flour until you have a smooth roux.
- Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the onion powder, salt, pepper, half of the mozzarella cheese, and heavy whipping cream, and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Stir in the cooked elbow macaroni until well coated. Add the shrimp and crab mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Spread half of the mac and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded parmesan and cheddar cheese over the top.
- Layer the remaining mac and cheese mixture on top, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over it.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the color turns golden brown.
